Consistent with our policy of permanent partnership with our customers, beneficiaries of the installations/equipment delivered by Process Engineering for providing their predictive maintenance and, wishing to respond and even anticipating the needs of technical support for making more efficient their operation, within Process Engineering there is a department of technical support and service. In this department there are highly qualified specialists, specialized and trained to the types of equipment delivered.
The service team of Process Engineering is in permanent contact with specialists of the manufacturer of the equipment delivered, so that they can offer, in real time, the technical support based on the vast experience accrued at the corporation level.
In this sense, Process Engineering has concluded contracts of technical support and intervention of service with most of the beneficiaries of the equipment delivered, allowing them the operation without any problems, for a long time, as it is also the case in the cooperation we hereby view.

At the same time, we would like to ask you that your request would include, in addition to the contact information, a brief description of the equipment /installation by mentioning the manufacturer, the year of fabrication, the capacity and type of application in which it is used.
Models of service contracts shall only be available by the request of the customer after the previous review of the type of equipment /installation and the type of service requested.
