- mixture of solid ingredients in liquid (up to 80% solids) ;
- in mixing the liquids;
- incorporation of pastas in the liquid;
- incorporation of gases in the liquid.
No need of disassembly for cleaning.
Tx-Blender Mixing system
This safe, simple system guarantees the rapid and homogeneous mixing in the absence of air, ideal for mixing applications that require dry ingredients to be added to the treated liquid flow.
We are able to offer you a complete range that can be varied according to the ingredients of the mixture and their viscosity.
The advantages of this system include:
- Easy installation as it integrates easily into processing lines.
- Can be cleaned without being disassembled first
- Easy to use and allows an infinite number of mixtures up to 80% of dry extracts
- Economical. Allows you to increase production and reduce manpower and loss of dry ingredients.

Sanitary shell-and-tube exchangers
One of the most used components in pharmaceutical plants is the heat exchanger: gaining or losing heat is in fact necessary in most production processes.
In an exchanger, there is a transfer of energy from a liquid at a certain temperature to one or more liquids at different temperatures.
They consist of a tube bundle (within which the sanitary fluid normally circulates) and an outer shell (within which the utilities necessary for heat exchange normally circulate) completely separated from each other by a safety spaced double plate.
Each component is designed and constructed in compliance with FDA and cGMP regulations, as per specific requirements of the customer.
Construction characteristics:
- Execution: Horizontal or vertical
- Material: AISI 316L stainless steel
- Connections: Tri-clamp, flanged
- Insulation: Mineral wool lagging with satin AISI 304 stainless steel sheet
- Finish: mechanical or mirror polishing or electro-polishing

The "Sanitary TECNinox" magnetic mixer is simple and is the only solution for fulfilling most mixing requirements without the use of rotating shafts, seals and equipment generally used in vessel mixing.
These mixers are applied to the vessels using a special connection constructed in one piece with the vessel itself or applicable to existing vessels, consisting of a flange with a fixed central pin on its inward facing side, free of roughness, that acts as a support for the impeller; on the outside it has a quick release clamp for tool-less fitting and removal of the drive unit with its magnetic plate.
The impeller is positioned inside the vessel, simply housed on the special pin. The magnetic force of a circular rotor, mounted coaxially on the outside of the vessel, transmits the rotary motion to the impeller. Permanent magnets, which do not deteriorate or lose their power, are used in these mixers.
The drive unit is supplied in various versions: pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and explosion proof electrical. The propellers are dimensioned according to the product to be treated.
